• GreenPrint

  Our GreenPrint service provides you with a roadmap that can be used to deliver resource efficient IT services for your business.

  We visit your premises and conduct a survey of your infrastructure. We talk to your management team to understand your current business needs and gain insights into your strategy moving forward.

  Your individualised GreenPrint report is then produced and this will cover Server, Network, Storage, User Devices, Governance and other IT related activities. Our consultants then outline a recommended course of actions for decision making by your management team.

  The cost of the service depends on the size of your organisation and it covers all necessary time on site for surveys, report writing and recommendations and also a feedback session with the management team. Contact us for a quote in the first instance.

  This is a core product for the Technology and Innovation Futures Project and its funding for qualifying parties.

• Green IT Strategy

  This service compliments the GreenPrint service and takes the recommendations to the next level. We work with key senior organisational managers to develop a realistic Green IT Strategy for the organisation taking into account, budgetary and other resource requirements as well as the business needs.

  EUCoC consult

  Carbon³IT Ltd assessors will visit and assess your facilities against sections of the EUCoC. Any issues will be reported back to you, enabling resolution before your EUCoC application submission. Carbon³IT Ltd will assist in the application process.

  EUCoC review

  If you make a self-assessment of your facility, Carbon³IT Ltd will do an audit review of the documentation to ensure that all aspects of your application are correct prior to your EU application submission.

  Carbon³IT Ltd undertakes application review services on behalf of the EU. Our assessors are ISEB EU Code of Conduct in Data Centres accredited. We also provide data centre energy efficiency assessment services on behalf of the BCS CEEDA programme.

  Pre-CEEDA consultation

  Carbon³IT Ltd assessors will visit your facilities and assess them against the sections of the CEEDA programme. Any issues will be reported back to you, enabling resolution prior to a CEEDA assessment.

  CEEDA review

  If you make a self-assessment of your facility, Carbon³IT Ltd will do an audit review of the documentation to ensure that all aspects of your application are correct prior to a CEEDA assessment.

  CEEDA assessment

  Carbon³IT Ltd also undertakes full BCS CEEDA programme assessments. Requests for this service are passed to Datacenter Dynamics, our delivery partners.

  Carbon³IT Ltd endorses the EUCoC. All assessors have taken the ISEB EUCoC exam and are authorised and accredited as BCS CEEDA assessors. Please note where Carbon³IT Ltd have been involved in Pre- CEEDA work with your company we will not be the assessor assigned to your company for the award.

• ISO Standards

  Consultancy and implementation of ISO Standards, with two in house Lead Auditors, we have a wide range of knowledge on several ISO Standards including 9001, 14001, 27001 and 500001 and we can work in an advisor capacity through to implementation of the standards within your organisation.

• ESOS Lead Assessor

  We can carry out Energy Saving Opportunities Scheme audits internally for you or we can verify audits which you have already carried out, enabling you to fully meet the ESOS Scheme requirements by the deadlines.

• Project Management

  We can provide project management and project oversight activities for all IT based projects. We can also provide subcontracted resources for implementation work.

• Training

  Our Training division provides group training and certification courses for the implementation of sustainable or Green IT practices.

  We offer a range of standard courses, which can be adapted to your company's needs. We can also provide bespoke courses to meet your company's unique requirements.

  Course delivery is classroom and seminar-based, and electronic materials are provided.

  Alternatively, our qualified tutors can deliver workshops to complement your internal training provision, or work alongside your own training services. Our office staff can help you organise course logistics if required.

  Certificate Courses

  • BCS Foundation Certificate in Green IT (3 days)
  • BCS Intermediate Certificate in EU Code of Conduct in Data Centres (2 days)

  Both courses can be run together in a five-day programme. Cost includes exam sat separately in the attendees' own time.

  Workshops

  • EU Code of Conduct and the latest update (1 day)
  • Energy and cost management in the data centre (2 days)
  • Executive level Green IT Overview or EU Code of Conduct in Data Centres (1 day)

G-Cloud is a new method of providing cloud services to the public sector and we've been successful in getting a range of products registered.
